The hotel location is superb if you appreciate being away from the city. Breakfast had a great spread. The beach.

The service could be improved. When I requested cutlery to eat fruit in my room, the receptionist redirected me to the restaurant. The waiter scolded me and only allowed it "this once" (which felt rude). The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Extra pillows took two days to arrive, as they had already been requested by other guests.

The bed in my room was very firm i did not find it comfortable. service was slow when i requested cutlery to eat fruit. The receptionist redirected me. i found this UNnecessarily rude. housekeeping sometimes came at inconvenient hours.

The resort provided free bicycles, so accessing nearby restaurants was quick. Crystal-clear water made snorkeling directly off the beach a highlight. Sun loungers, tables, parasols, and bean bags were available. Room 102 was conveniently close to the beach and pool.

Housekeeping services sometimes occurred at inconvenient times, such as around 9 am or 5 pm.
